In 2025, the Academy engaged Hummer to renovate key athletic and training fields, with strict timelines and precise performance requirements guiding every step of the project.
Hummer delivered a full natural-grass rebuild, beginning with detailed surface preparation and laser-guided grading to create a smooth, uniform foundation capable of supporting both high-level athletics and rigorous physical training. Once elevations and surface consistency were perfected, Hummer installed premium natural-grass sprigs engineered for durability, resilience, and year-round performance. The work spanned multiple fields, each with its own usage patterns and operational constraints. As the General Contractor on the project, Hummer also managed sub-contractors who performed excavating and dirt work.
Operating within tight scheduling windows, Hummer coordinated construction phases around the Academy’s academic cycle, athletic practices, and training activities — ensuring minimal disruption while meeting all performance benchmarks.
